Intelligent construction site comprehensive supervision platform
Based on the acquisition of atmosphere, weather, noise, video data, intelligent site comprehensive supervision platform can provide data real-time map display, noise management, video monitoring, site real-time portrait, air excessive alarm, noise alarm, alarm configuration, noise analysis, pollution analysis, sound source identification, data query, air raw data, noise data, equipment data display and depth analysis function, and can realize remote stop, work order issued, SMS reminder management function, provide effective control means for real-time management of site environment.
Real-time online monitoring of pollution sources, video and noise linkage monitoring, to form a synergistic effect, so as to more comprehensively monitor the urban environmental pollution, and provide real-time three-dimensional portrait for the construction site.
Alarm, work order, SMS reminder, real-time propaganda, multi-dimensional linkage provide a strong grasp for the intelligent site control, early warning disposal, different early warning problems, and realize the online closed loop supervision process of collection, distribution and feedback of clues, so that the atmospheric environment governance can achieve clear responsibility and targeted.
Application case 1:
On-site pollutant diffusion simulation
Through urban sensitive areas, key industrial enterprises, catering, construction sites and other environmental monitoring, realizing a complete coverage of atmospheric environment grid precision monitoring, real-time grasp regional pollution distribution and air quality change trend, accurate assessment of urban road pollution, site dust, enterprises and other unorganized emissions of the influence on environmental air quality.
Based on the theoretical basis of fluid dynamics, considering the wind field, meteorological conditions, pollutant characteristics and other factors, the diffusion range and concentration distribution of pollutants in a construction site are simulated.
The high concentration of particulate matter discharged from the site can be further spread to several hundred meters according to the change of wind direction, having a significant impact on the downwind residential areas.
The diffusion simulation of pollutants can help us to better understand the diffusion law of pollutants and the impact on the environment, so as to support the effective pollution control measures.
Application case 2:
Site synchronous monitoring of PM10, NOX, NO, NO2, CO and TVOC
Construction site monitoring point time series plot
From July to October 2023, the average AQI of this point was 39.4, the highest AQI was 174, the pollution exceeded the standard 52 times, and the primary pollutant was PM10;
PM10 emissions are relatively obvious, with the peak value of 299 μg/m3;
NOX, NO, NO2 synchronous high emission, the peak of 191 μg/m3,116 μg/m3,134 μg / m3 respectively;
CO with NOx synchronous emissions, the peak of 1.94 mg/m3;
Occasionally VOC high value emission signal with peak over 1000 ppb.
Application case 3:
Precise traceability of construction site pollution, with a single calculation of NO2 emissions
Characteristics of Pollution Direction: The pollution primarily stems from the southwest;
Field Investigation: The southwest of the equipment's location is occupied by a construction site (shaded in yellow);
Pollution Emission Times: NOx and PM10 exhibit synchronized peak emissions between 7-11 AM and 14-18 PM, aligning with local construction hours;
In conclusion, the instantaneous peak emissions of NOx and PM10 detected by the equipment have been accurately traced back to this construction site;
According to statistics, there were 36 instances of PM10 pollution exceeding standards originating from the construction site, and 5 instances stemming from roadways. The AQI reached mild pollution levels 31 times and moderate pollution levels 10 times. Additionally, through modeling calculations, it was determined that the direct emission of primary NO2 from this construction site accounted for 14%, with an average concentration reaching 2.8 μg/m³.
Application case 4:
Joint prevention and control of construction site pollution
Application case 5:
Capturing the "dual-peak" pollution characteristics during construction at the site
From January 1st to 6th, 2023, the hourly concentrations of local PM10 and NOx at this location exhibited a dual-peak distribution between 8-11 am and 14-19 pm, which corresponds to the road construction hours. Based on the field investigation, this location is mainly affected by construction activities at the site.
